Jumbo Chinese - Virginia Beach

Just moved to town and hate having to start over with the best places to eat. Let me tell you, Jumbo Chinese Restaurant truly earned five stars. One of the best Happy Family meals I've had in a long time. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I decided to give this restaurant a try since it’s just five minutes from my workplace and it had good reviews. Unfortunately, the food was some of the most watery and flavorless Chinese cuisine I’ve ever tasted. It might be a decent choice for someone who is health-conscious and seeking a low-sodium option. I ordered shrimp and broccoli along with some wings. The wings were soft and fried, and the shrimp sauce was quite bland. I rated it three stars solely because the food was served hot and the service was friendly. I would only recommend this place if you're looking for a healthier alternative to typical Chinese restaurants.

I was a bit hesitant to order Chinese food during my lunch break because I usually find that the food around here lacks seasoning. However, wow! This food was incredible—it was the best Chinese food I've ever had! I had to really restrain myself from finishing all the dumplings.

Good food and great friendly service! The restaurant was very clean.
