Very terrible customer service and totally rude when we explain a problem in communication, we will never eat here again

I've been ordering from here since 2008. These are the best chicken wings ever. I love the shrimp fried rice, sesame chicken, pepper steak, generals Tso chicken and lo my beef... my family and I love this place. I moved from Va Beach a few months ago. When I visited VA Beach, I stopped by to eat my favorite Chinese cuisine.

I put an order and found objects that had nothing to do with the meal in which they threw different dishes. It was disgusting for my stomach. If you didn't try, I don't recommend it, it's a terrible place, it's worth your money

I had the worst experience with Chinese food here. It was completely tasteless and bland. To make matters worse, our online order didn't go through, so we ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes at the restaurant for our food. I really wish I could get a refund!

This was my first time dining here, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. I spent $40 on food that I found to be quite unappetizing. The teriyaki sticks were overly drenched in soy sauce, and the shrimp fried rice was excessively greasy. The chicken also had a strange taste and lacked a satisfying crunch—it felt as if it had been sitting in grease for too long. Overall, I was not impressed.
