Einstein Bros. Bagels - Virginia Beach

This is the worst service that I have received, and a takeout facility in my adult life! My last visit I was informed I could not buy a dozen bagels because they were “close to selling out“ and I needed to call in to order 1 dozen bagels for takeout. The next time I went I called before I attempted to buy bagels, was placed on hold and after driving for 15 minutes arrived while still on hold. Spoke to Manager/Owner who Informed me that “Ali was going to do was say was “I’m sorry“ -there’s nothing else he could do and I was not getting any discount for inconvenience. He became very loud rude, and then walked away. I will never take my business to this bagel store again if service is this bad from the top down!

They don’t have all the original options but the service is great!

Messed up my whole order and when I tried to call up to get it fixed the phones were off the line … definitely recommend a different location especially because once I got my food remade it was still wrong!!! ??‍, don’t understand how hard it is to make a sandwich.

Very mediocre and rushed. Bacon was super thin and undercooked. Bagel was not fresh and just over priced for the quality

Today was my first time eating at the Einstein bagels in town center. The cashier Isabella. Was very nice and professional. when it comes to customer service, I give Isabella a 20. It’s sad to say that I ordered a bagel with one egg and cheese and bacon. The egg was cold. I was sitting outside in the car I called and the young man that I spoke to I told him that the egg was cold, and he said ma’am I don’t know what to tell you, he said it twice. He said the wrong thing to me what he should’ve said was bring it back inside and I will remake it for you and then make sure your bagel is hot but he failed to do so. I spent $16.14, I ate a cold egg and all the young man can say is, ma’am I don’t know what to tell you. today was my first and my last time eating at that location when I go to Chesapeake to eat they always serve hot food, and provide excellent customer service.. I will be driving 30 minutes out of my way to go to Chesapeake because town since I refuse to serve me hot food.
