Dairy Queen - Virginia Beach

The service was quick and friendly. I only had one order of two Blizzards, and it was served promptly. There were no issues, and they were packed with delicious toppings, making for a lovely warm Friday night. I’ll definitely be visiting Dairy Queen again!

I spent a long time searching for a public restroom at Virginia Beach, as no one would let me use their facilities. I found out there was supposed to be a public restroom near the Dairy Queen, but when I arrived, it was closed. When I approached the DQ window to inquire about using the restroom, the staff was unhelpful and simply gestured that they were closed by pulling their hands across their necks in a rather dismissive way. The manager seemed reluctant to help as well, complaining that she had to go down Atlantic Avenue to find a restroom herself. Overall, my experience was frustrating and unpleasant, and I decided not to eat there. Thank you for yet another disappointing experience.

Dairy Queen on the Worst Queen. I visited Virginia Beach for vacation with my family and was thrilled to discover a Dairy Queen right next to our hotel! I live near a DQ and usually go there once or even twice a week. However, this DQ had a fantastic view, but don’t be deceived! The food was concerning and not fully cooked. There wasn't much variety on the menu either. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude, messed up our order after repeating it back to us, and then insisted we pay for the items he forgot. It was a complete waste of time. I will never return. 0 stars.

Came here with my boyfriend and his brother and sister after some fun on the beach and we all had a pretty good experience. The service was very quick and efficient and we got our order in a timely matter considering there was a lot of people here. I got a vanilla milkshake and it was great. I would definitely come back again to try some of the food they have.

I just went to Dairy Queen in Virginia Beach on 17th Street and met the rudest assistant manager Dave . Let me explain we bought $25 dollars worth of food two combo meals. (Order no. 78). It took 20 mins. That’s not the problem… I understand short on help but when we started to eat our food our pop had no ice left in it. so I explained to the manager he said it’s not my problem you had ice 20 mins ago .But I didn’t have my food yet… you have to buy more ice it’s not free ?. I just wanted a cool pop . I just felt the manager was a very rude and the fact that I had to buy ice for a pop that I already paid for and bought that wasn’t cold . Seriously DQ thank you! ?
