Chipotle Mexican Grill - Virginia Beach

A pretty standard Chipotle, however the place could definitely have been better cleaned. Additionally, when I used the restroom there were no paper towels. I expected a hand dryer or something to dry my hands with and was unfortunately left with wet hands. The food however, was pretty standard for Chipotle and I had no complaints in that regard.

Placing a paper mark that says only mobile orders on the door is not sufficient for customers. I do not order before the time, because there is a noticeable difference in the portion size, and this one just confirmed this. my wife and I both noticed a lack of chicken in our commands. if this goes the route chipotle, I can guarantee that we do not return. I understand that the seating area is eliminated to be able to rent smaller spaces and lower costs, but the ability to go and eliminate order is a terrible idea.

Someone must call the health department and withdraw their workers to health and cleanliness. I literally saw the girl serve use their hand the same glove to shovel the substitute food and place it in the servier dishes. Although she had a glove on her, she wipes her nose and went on to pick up what she spilled on the counter, she put her in the food to serve. then she coughed on the glove and tried to serve food and never changed her gloves. I went out.

Do not eat my mother here published her evaluation on her evil food that made us sick and how they can see that it is not up here. the manager was so disrespectful to my mommy. I hate this chipotle and eat her evil sick. it made my new baby sister sick too. my pinto beeing on my burrito tasted zingy and smells like old shallow water. No! I gave my dog my food.

Wouldn’t eat from this location. It’s a mess and the food isn’t fresh. That should have been my warning to run. My food smelled bad and the pinto beans tasted like they weren’t made the day of. The pinto beans were heavily over seasoned, which is very usual for Chipotle. It didn’t cover up the fact that the beans reeked and tasted horrible. Ruined my entire meal. Never again!!!!
