Chanello's Pizza - Virginia Beach

We hadn't ordered pizza in a while and decided to treat ourselves tonight. We're so glad we did! The customer service at Chanello's Pizza store #3 on Birdneck was outstanding. The person who answered my call was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. When he delivered the pizzas, he called to let me know (we opted for contactless delivery), which I really appreciated. Beyond the excellent service, we were thrilled when we opened the pizzas—they were perfect! Thank you so much for the best pizza! It was absolutely delicious!

We ordered online, and the estimated wait time was an hour, which we were perfectly fine with, especially on a busy Saturday night. Our pizza arrived right on time, hot, and fresh! The delivery driver was incredibly friendly and even brought us plates and napkins without us even asking for them! We had to visit this place because my boyfriend lived in the area over twenty years ago and insisted we give it a try. I'm glad we did! The pizza was just as good now as it was back then. It was definitely worth the wait!

The prices are a bit high; I spent $25 on a large pizza with two toppings. However, the quality was excellent. As soon as I opened the box, it looked appetizing. Plus, the delivery driver arrived in just over 20 minutes after I placed my order.

This is the best pizza in Virginia Beach! I've tried many places, but I always find myself coming back here. The flavors are perfectly balanced. I have to say, the best location has to be the Birdneck Chanello's—it's my favorite!

The made from scratch dough is delicious! Garlic knots are the best! Asher is friendly and knowledgeable and is good to work with!
