Brooklyn Bagel - Virginia Beach

The food was disappointingly mediocre at best. Having grown up in Brooklyn, I can confidently say these bagels don't measure up. The customer service was terrible; the staff seemed completely indifferent to my presence. It felt like they had the attitude of "take what we offer and leave." To top it off, I could definitely smell marijuana coming from the back area. This will be my first and last visit to this place.

I placed my order, paid, and even tipped. While my order was being prepared, I was informed that they were out of some ingredients for my bagel. There was no suggestion for substitutions or any alternative options; they simply didn't have what I needed. This was my second visit, and I won't be returning.

As a New Yorker, I can confidently say these are the best bagels I've had outside the city—definitely a must-visit! The everything bagel with scallion cream cheese was absolutely fantastic. They don't toast their bagels, which might seem sacrilegious, but honestly, it's unnecessary. The bagels are just that good!

Either they lied and these bagels were day old or they were the worst bagels I've had even for VB.

I've been wanting to try BB ever since it opened but due to their hours I haven't been able to they're closed on Mondays (my day off lol) but I was finally able to venture over the other day. It was so great!! I'm from New York and I can appreciate a fantastic bagel, other bagel shops in town just don't compare to BB! I've heard that they ship their water from NYC for the PH level, and I guess it really does make a difference! We got rainbow bagel sandwiches which were huge and yummy. The sweetened iced coffee was also delish. There isn't much seating inside, mainly a counter along the wall with stools. We were lucky to go on a nice day, there is some patio seating that was great. I can't wait to venture back!
