The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional, surpassing that of most fast food establishments. I have visited several times, and each meal consistently meets Arby's standards. The orders are prepared quickly and are always accurate. What sets this place apart from other local fast food options is the outstanding quality of customer service. The staff is polite, helpful, and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys Arby's.

This place is just okay. They have an offer that requires you to use their app and set up an account. I went ahead and did that, but I struggled to navigate the app. So what's the purpose of this app? The poor manager eventually decided to bypass the problematic app and just honor the buy-one-get-one deal instead. On the bright side, the service and food were good.

I’m not sure why, but we don’t often hear about this place. Whenever we’ve dined here, we've really enjoyed the food. The sandwiches are a refreshing alternative to the typical burger in a bun. The cheese-stuffed croquettes are exactly what I’ve been craving. Like many fast food restaurants, they seemed to be a bit understaffed, but the employees appeared to be well-trained, and the wait times were surprisingly short. We won’t let so much time go by before our next visit.

At 11:25 no one came over the speaker, although the shield said open until midnight, went to the door and was informed by the manager that they stop serving at 11:30 so that they clean and close at midnight

The manager of this Arby 's was extremely rude to me at the drive thru. 30 minutes we waited in the drive thru. I was able to download the app and order food. We reached the window 5 minutes after the food was scheduled to be ready. It was a mobile order and was prepaid. We finally reached the window after waiting 5 minutes at the unresponsive intercom. Finally told to pull forward and when the manager came to help she ignored us and closed the window on us while we were talking to them. She walked away and We watched them all laugh at us and stand around. I had to ask the guy at the window for our drinks 3times. Asked for the manager who refused to return to the window, asked her name and they told me Sara . Order was incomplete so I went in to address the manager whose nametag read Ashley Cochran. She refused to help me and threatened to call the cops on me because I had my phone out. My husband and I have never been treated this way. This is unacceptable! Everyone was standing around... I posted the video on YouTube!
