Starbucks Coffee - Virginia

Drinks were good, barista was nice, but the place was FILTHY. Like an inch of dust on the counters in front of the espresso machine, splashes of coffee and fingerprints everywhere. Made me think twice about ordering coffee: if the counters aren't clean where customers stand to wait, what does it look like behind the counter?

This place is good but busy, staff is fast and friendly, good place for take away, not a very big Starbucks

Very poor service. The woman at the till was casually chatting with a customer for five minutes while people were lined up around the corner. Absolutely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could. There were two other workers standing behind the counter just watching the cashier chit chat.

The servers are super friendly. The drinks are always quality, and made quickly. I definitely question the management, the superiors come off as extremely degrading as well as tyrannical. When you have quality workers, like you do, show appreciation, and rewards. So many businesses are understaffed, and the people who are working are rude, this place is an exception, and always has a welcoming vibe.

Loooooooooooong wait time. I understand the worker shortage. But condense hours or something. You'll get more people walking out of line because the wait time rather than missing the business. Coffee should be quick, not wait in line for 15 minutes. There goes your lunch break. Not even order ahead option. Sad
