Service - the captain, the manager and the owner of this hotel are so arrogant that they will not hear any of their complaining and only support their own personal they will order everything that it is to eat 45min food quality is medium, I will give 1.5 out of 5, quantity is very less. Never try them not veg it is very unhygienic and half cooked they charge the bomb on, but not worth penny. I suggest you try hotel gold coin or hotel bbc that are really worth for money.

Has one arrogant waiter. Service is just too slow and categorically POOR. Do not serve water and directly starts taking order. Upon asked take ages to give water. They really forgot what's the customer has ordered. Take orders and then does not complete it publicly creat scene and blame it on their poor new staff. The arrogant waiter took back aready served and jhuti dal back as he could not compromise on serving a half steam rice. Look at the arrogance of taking away a leftover dal.Godknows must have served that dal to next customer.Dal tadka looked like boiled dal with no tadka..Fish was raw and disgusting. We somehow finished the food with a bad experience. Not suggesting this place to anyone.

While the stater was good, the one star rating is because of the service and communication. We waited for around 45 minutes and there was not even an apology for this late arrival which arrived when we told to cancel and were getting up to go home. Ultimately ended up parcelling the packet. An apology for such late arrival would have been appreciated.

Too expensive compared to food quantity and food quality is compared. Service is too slow. Food quantity needs a lot of improvement as per price charged to client. Captain need to ensure that client is served what is needed. Ordered Beer was absolute mild and captain suggested to add ice to make it cold. Virgin mojito too much of sugar syrup in it. Chessy kebabs quantity too less compared to price charged not even worth 200 with 8 pieces but they served only 6 pieces. Chicken tikka biryani.... Need a lot of improvement........ Wasted my Money...
