Kruh In Vino, Vila Vipolže

An experience of serenity wisely managed by the always perfect Flavia. The strengths are certainly the discreet pampering of the staff, the choice of raw materials sought with passion in their own territory, the simple but fascinating presentation of the dishes that always takes its cue from the past. Intense flavors and a delightful location complete what was a beautiful evening where I was able to relax, as if I were having dinner at a good friend's house.

It's not the first time we've gone to lunch at Kruh in Vino, a parallel project by starred chef Tomac Kavciv. As always a certainty. Excellent quality of a menu, which offers typical of the region. Excellent wine list, with numerous local producers. Flavia and Ana, manage the room with wisdom, attentive to detail and always available to the customers' requests. The Villa dominates, on one of the first hills of the Slovenian fraction, an elegant residence, renovated a few years ago which also offers some rooms. Excellent experience, as always.

This restaurant is nicely situated in the beautiful villa Vilpolze. The wine list of mainly local wines is impressive and possibly one of the longest in whole Brda region. Food was excellent, we really enjoyed. The staff was very attentive and we were shepherded so kindlywe had lots of fun. Thank you a lot!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
