Bergrestaurant Rossstodl - VIPITENO

After a mountain walk we went to this place for lunch. The restaurant didn't look very clean, there were also many flies on the tables. The food in the middle and there was not much choice.

A good coffee before starting skiing, a pleasant lunch break ......it's been years that I ski in Montecavallo and I saw the transformation of the restaurant.....

We opted for a lunch break before going down with the cable car. This restaurant is located next to the mountain cable car of Monte Cavallo. The choice is a little obliged in the sense that you do not have much in the surroundings. Food is not bad. Hygienic conditions seem to be not the best. Dogs, owners, who enter and exit the constantly wet room from the rain not to mention the multiplicity of people friends of the owners and what else, who enter and exit in zones reserved decidedly to the only people belonging to the staff of the restaurant. Anyway, we ate discreetly. We opted for macaroni to the pasteur and potatoes, eggs and speck. The pasta really abundant and good brushed in a few minutes, while potatoes, eggs and speck were unfortunately very dry both potatoes and speck probably cooked too. I'm afraid to point out that mine wants to be a review without infamy or praise. Prices in average abundant portions.

The prices do not raise the environment, quality standard. On the table there are pay tablecloths. On the slope there are a better restaurant.

Self service where you can stop for a quick lunch break after skiing or sledding. Very high prices.
