“Order ahead on the app and skip the line!” What a gimmick! Ordered via the app, came 15 minutes later to pick it up when they told me to, and then sat in the parking lot for an additional 20 minutes waiting on my order. The two cars behind me got their food first after also being asked to pull up to the front door. Absolutely ridiculous!

The sign says they close at 1:00a.m I was there at 12:50 which I understand is still close, but they didn’t answer the drive through till 12:55 and then went on to tell me their closed. I then said “I thought you guys didn’t close till 1” and he responded with “yeah, so”. I would’ve understood if he told me that they had already shut the grill off and I can only get certain things. But that’s just ridiculous.

I ordered a chicken power bowl about a week ago, got home, beans were not cooked. I called, just to let them know. Manager said next time I was in, tell them my name and they would make me another one. So tonight I stop in, They remembered me calling in. So they made me one at no charge. However, apparently when they don't charge you, they don't put any meat in it! Not one piece of chicken in it. So I attempted to call them and they won't answer, therefore they left me no choice but to write this review! I won't go back! Strike three, they're OUT!
