Piguet's Prime Time - Vinita

Amazing Dinner and wonderful staff. They are all so kind and welcoming.

This was our second visit to Piguets, and after enjoying our first experience so much, we were eager to return. We were seated right away, but unfortunately, no one checked on us for about 10 minutes. While the busboy brought us bread, we had to ask for silverware since it was not provided. After some time, we ordered drinks, but after noticing them sitting at the bar for 10 to 15 minutes, we decided to go and get them ourselves. My husband had to send his meal back because it wasn’t what he had ordered. If it weren't for the busboy checking on us, we would have received no service at all. Our waitress only brought us water and the check and never inquired about our needs during our visit. This dinner was meant to celebrate my husband's birthday, and given our wonderful experience last time, we were quite disappointed this time around.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, it was served cold (the baked potatoes were unable to melt the butter). We had to request bread, ask about our appetizer, and inquire about the delay in receiving our meals. After placing our order, we noticed several new tables arriving, ordering, eating, and leaving before we got our food. The drinks were enjoyable, and we appreciated the complimentary desserts offered due to the service experience. We plan to give it another try, assuming we were just overlooked on a busy Saturday night.

Steaks were great. Dessert was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

We love this place! Found it from a Facebook post of a friend. Have dined several times. Brought my parents to this trip to celebrate their 48th anniversary! The prime rib was cooked perfectly! The Cowboy Candy is TO DIE FOR!! We had our normal server this trip. She was training a new waitress, so service was a little slow but still good. Will be back very soon.
