It's McDonald's...The staff were cool, no issues with service. We used the preorder kiosk and it was a smooth transaction. 5 stars for service and ease of ordering.Food: 3/5

The food is pretty good. Definitely fresh and hot! The staff is friendly and hardworking every time I have visited this location. Prices are fair . My star deduction is for the long wait periods on getting your order at a fast food location. They may be understaffed in the back not sure. Other than that we really did enjoy the wings.Kid-friendliness: It's located in the mall. plenty of open tables and lower level has a children's play areaParking: Plenty of free parkingWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to enter location onto second floor. Mall also has elevators

Our wings tasted like they were fried with fish grease. The employees don't change their gloves when cooking chicken then cooking beef.Food: 1/5

Upping arriving at 3:55pm on Monday the location was closed with a receipt paper sign. Very disappointing.
