Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Vineyards

Smoothies are always excellent at this restaurant! The service is fast and the staff is very friendly.

It is evident that this restaurant primarily relies on Togo/delivery orders as they are typically quite busy. However, the Manager and supervisor are overly controlling of their employees. I often visit when I am near the stores or on my way to work nearby, and the food and smoothies are usually delicious. Unfortunately, I cannot support a place that mistreats their staff. There are more respectful ways to train, manage, and address issues. The Manager seems lacking in proper training in this regard, and the supervisor under her appears to be following her lead. I hope that Tropical Smoothie Corporate is aware of this behavior. I feel sorry for the employees working under them as there is no justification for belittling people over minor issues. Employees would likely be more productive and satisfied in their roles if they were treated with respect. I will not be returning to this location to dine, unless it is to offer the employees better opportunities elsewhere.
