Moe's Southwest Grill - Vineyards

The service here is consistently unbelievably poor. I’ve tried to come here on multiple occasions for convenience but I will not return to this location. This does not feel like a traditional Moes. No welcome to Moe’s when walking in. Associates wearing air pods in both ears while taking your order, touching their cell phone with the gloves they use to prepare your food, and overall rude demeanor. No sense of care when it comes to providing service. This type of service and lack of food safety is unbelievable. Whoever manages this place needs to take a look in a mirror and decide if this is for them.

The worst customer service in the world for the prices they have, 18 dollars for a bowl and 18 for a quesadilla??? It wasn't even fresh
