Chef Amy’s Food Truck Seafood Soul Food

We visited Chef Amy's Food Truck for the first time and had a fantastic experience! The ribs were deliciously tender and the rice and beans on the side were the best we've ever tasted. The portions were generous and we ended up having enough food for two dinners. We definitely plan on returning and trying out more items on the menu.

I have heard great things about Chef Amy's cooking for a long time and finally had the opportunity to try it today. I ordered the Large Jerk Chicken plate with rice, beans, and veggies. The portions were generous and the food was exceptional. The chicken, in particular, was fantastic - perfectly cooked and seasoned, reminiscent of hidden culinary gems in the Caribbean. I am looking forward to returning. The only question I have is whether I should stick with the wonderful chicken or try something new.

Amy was a delight to interact with. I was impressed with her wine expertise and charming personality. The experience at this small food truck in the Vineyard was exceptional, deserving of 5 stars. I highly recommend it. Thank you to Amy and her team for the wonderful conversation, excellent customer service, and incredibly tasty food.

I got the Cuban with a sprite and it may have been the best sandwich I?ve ever eaten. It was loaded with extremely tender pork while the pickles and mustard kept oozing out each side. Sloppy in the best way imaginable. Can?t wait to try more!

Wow! This version of a Cuban Sandwich was fantastic...and Chef Amy was very kind to take our order right at 5:55 pm (just before the 6 pm closing). What a tasty and huge sandwich!!! Hope to try the ribs tomorrow before we leave the island!
