The fries were disappointing—old and cold. The woman at the counter seemed more focused on her phone than on serving my food. I had to point out that a customer was waiting at the window. Honestly, I hope she’s not making $15 an hour because she’s not even earning a fraction of that with this service.

After a day of work I go to this facility. during the day it's okay not so bad. I'm going at night, and it's never failed. manager never has a handle on those who are of what I can say irresponsible and out of control. my order was handed over to me and the bag was overcrowded. Chin was sideways in the bag along with 2 sandwiches and 2 big pommes and a 10pc all in a bag. never back.

Today, the guy who took my payment didn’t even say hello; instead, he cursed about something inside. He then told me to park in the mobile order area, where I sat for 10 minutes watching at least three employees leave without any acknowledgment. Finally, someone brought my food, but once again, there was no communication, and they didn’t wait for me to check my order to ensure it was correct—something that’s been an issue in the past. It will be a long time before we return, and I urge management to get their business in order!

I received cold food and I paid for an extra sandwich that never arrived! This was incredibly frustrating; I felt like I was wasting my money and gas. The manager was the one who packed the bag, so it seems like it's acceptable to serve cold food and shortchange customers. I believe this manager should be fired.

Went there on 10/1/2022. This is this worst wendys I ever went to. ordered a double cheese burger and a triple cheese burger. also to fries no salt, the burgers were way over cooked and dry. the fries had so much salt. it all went in the trash. a wast of 23.94. do not go here.
