There was an employee named Jerome that actually said hello to me and asked If I was a customer of KFC. Jerome was the reason I stopped in because I was walking by to the bus stop. Jerome then started talking about the specials KFC has and he was actually working in the rain cleaning up around the building. I only had $5 on me and the 5 piece chicken tender special was $6.30. I was surprised when Jerome went into his wallet and gave me $2. I didn't want to take his money, but he said pass it on to the next person. I asked what did he mean and Jerome told me since he helped me, that I help someone else when I can. I've never had anyone do something like this for me. I'm still in shock over it because I was going to McDonald's for $1 menu. I've been craving KFC and He made my day. I was in a grumpy mood and he changed everything. What a nice thing he did after I just lost $10 on the bus and then this happens. Thank You Jerome from KFC in Vineland, NJ 083600
Worst customer service ever! I would give the restaurant employees no stars what so ever instead of the one! Ordered a family meal, drive thur service paid $52 was given the food in a paper bag no problem. Arrived home as I am walking inside the paperbag handle tore off and bag ripped down the side. The bucket of chicken and 2 of the sides fell directly onto the ground. Icalled the restaurant in hopes that they could help me somehow maybe a small discount, if the items that touched the groundcouldn't be replaced. Well employee showed no interest in any way of helping me out instead I was told that it didn't occur onthe restaurants grounds so it could not be replaced, I was told I should bring my own bags to carry the food in instead if Iassumed the paper bags provided by the restaurant arent reliable to hold the order. Lastly that it probably would have nothappened if I carried the bag with both hands. Well I checked the written label statements on the paper bag and it does notstate anything about holding the bag with both hands and not by the handles. I highly recommend that the restaurant pack thecustomer's orders in boxes instead makes more sense if she insist I should have held it with both hands. She also went ahead andstated that I was the only customer who's bag has ripped she hasn't heard of it happening before! Well lost dinner for my familyplus the $52 I paid for the food. Thanks KFC wouldn't be going back!!
Could've been average but if you're out of alllll of your sides except coleslaw green beans, over an hour before closing, you make more or pull from the stock you plan to take home instead of toss at the end of the night. Should also add butter for thebiscuit. I got a 2 piece extra crispy. Got 1 extra crispy drumstick 1 original thigh. Great the meal was special priced at $6but if I paid anymore, especially when the cheapest family meal is almost 30?? I would've been bringing it back . Not sure why Ireceived KFC sauce or ranch but I really really wished it were butter.
Over $32.00 for a family 12 piece. Not only the price but the chicken was small enough to be pigeons!! I'll pass on this place..i can see why theyare closing place left and right..to expensive and the quality is just not there!
I?ve went to Kentucky?s two day in a row. Thursday at 4:20 PM and the had no chicken thighs. Today I went back around the same time. Plus today us Friday. They had no ones or change, not enough dark meat to sell me an eight piece, and you had to wait 12minutes before the biscuits were done.
