Stopped @GCM on the way home from a trip 'up north '. Gambled a bit. More staffing..would be helpful. Had a good time. Safety: They are really upgrading the casino. New huge machines. The signage and roped off areas were clearly marked. I have low vision, so it made me feel more at ease. Nice employees. Keep it up. Location: 3

Came for the all you care to eat crab and can tell you it's barely worth the $40 they are charging for it due to the size of the crabs which are very small compared to what they used to serve. The meat wouldn't come out of the shell so it was a ton of work to eat the crab. Plus you guys need to have more non-carbohydrate options for drinks besides water. It would help to have more options for food too since I could only eat the crab legs and the shrimp. I'd still go to Black Bear Casino for their crab legs because they aren't as skimpy on size! Plus your machines are so tight you can't even win anything!! Service: 2

Decent place for a overnight stay. Casino is ok but I don't really like to gamble so it gets old rather quick. Restaurant and snacks were acceptable. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

Restaurants were closed to special groups without notice. Had to eat in the bar before show. Not ideal. Rooms were dated, seemed to be clean but need to be updated. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 5
