Morgans Fish Market - Vine Creek

The sign directs customers to their sister store, but unfortunately, it is too far for me to visit. I live on the same street and cannot drive to their alternate location.

Ordered the fish and chips. The chips were just okay, mainly because they weren't the lowest quality. The fish cake was overly salty with an abundance of raw onion and very little fish. The breadcrumbs were the best part, being nicely done. If only they could improve the actual fish cake filling.

I have been busy all morning and by 1pm I was feeling hungry. I ordered medium fries and two Chiko rolls from this restaurant. When I got home, which was only 10 minutes away, I found that the fries were okay but I wasn't a fan of the Chiko rolls. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment and was offered the option to drive back down to exchange them, but I didn't want to spend another 20 minutes on the road. I ended up not eating the Chiko rolls, so the $7 I spent on fries ended up being $15 for a meal I didn't enjoy. I won't be returning to this restaurant any time soon. It was a simple order, but unfortunately, it was not executed well. Just wanted to share my experience.

First she gave me the incorrect order lucky I checked it when I got to the car. I had to throw it out yuck old mackerel smelt funny tasted terrible the prawn cutlet was a bit gooey under the crumb, I took a pic and posted it on here it was a slimy grey fish crumbed

Friendly staff, very good chips, but the world's BEST pineapple fritters !!! OMG large FRESH pineapple rings (not canned) in fresh batter (no fishy taste) then dusted with icing suger… to die for.
