Texas Roadhouse - Vincennes

My husband ordered medium rare steak with onions and mushrooms on top and I ordered medium steak. I'm pretty sure they got them switched. Mine was red and his looked medium. I ordered a sweet potato and it was room temperature and the butter would not even melt on it. I could not finish the steak. The manager checked on us before we were even served our steaks and then disappeared. Our waitress wasn't at the table long enough to tell her anything.She asked if everything was okay and didn't stay long enough to listen.The last time we were there It has been a few months). It was good!New employees maybe? If so, they need more training.This was at the Vincennes location.The Evansville location is always great!!

Went to eat here agian with my family for my daughter's 17th birthday! Got there early so I beat the 1pm rush line lol. But good food and atmosphere. But it is definitely not a cheap place to eat with a 4 person party!

I'm not sure what was going on my husband and I went for a date while kids were in school 2/16/24. We have eaten here several times always been fantastic food. This time we waited patiently for and hr or better our waitress informed us the health department was there and apologized. We understood and all was fine when our food came out the shrimp was ice cold it obviously had been sitting there for a long while. They replaced it with hot fresh shrimp unfortunately it was incredibly salty we could not eat it. Same with both the steaks only worse I only ate two shrimp and 3 bites of my steak.? fries were good as well as the vegetables and husband's sides were great. But this was a $71 bill ? I did tell the waitress I didn't want to complain but the meats were way to salty and maybe the grill needed cleaning or something. Long story short I paid $71 for sides and to come home rinse shrimp and steak and cook it in skillet ?.

We were able to enjoy our Valentines dinner in a restaurant we love going to. We chose to drive 45 minutes to Vincennes because we love the atmosphere. Tonight we had a great time, the food was great as always. I am so impressed with the manager Felipe very polite and checked on our table multiple times to make sure our experience was fantastic.
