El Cuajaní - Vinales

We had such a wonderful time that we had to come back for the second time. the owners are beautiful and the food is delicious. we stumbled over this place by fall, and we are so glad that we did. they conversed with us in perfect French (our mother tongue) and encouraged the waiters to learn them. they also took the time to sit and chat with us about their previous experiences.

We stumbled by chance on this place when we drove our bikes past. a self-containing restaurant, all growing, is produced on the farm. the service was very friendly and the food and the drinks were simply good. can definitely recommend this place and we will be safe again

Next to the beautiful mountains is this idyllic small farm where the owner and waiter are very friendly and speak well English or French. the menu depends on the time of the year, but there is still a wide selection of fish and meat to vegetarian and vegan options. they can enjoy their meal with a beautiful view in the middle of the valley.

This restaurant is a gem that eats is amazing, the best restaurant we have visited throughout Cuba. do not worry at the top of a menu that is because most ingredients from them are cultivated garden and since the menu changes depending on the availability of the ingredients, but the cook is great and in the location to create delicious dishes (for a big price). the host speaks great English (French, Spanish, Italian) and is a joy to speak.

This is, by far, the best restaurant we ate at in Cuba. The food is fresh and the flavours are amazing. If you are in the area do consider coming here, it’s really worth it! The location is also fantastic, very quiet and you eat surrounded by nature (unlike eating elsewhere in Viñales, where you eat surrounded by cars, motorbikes and street dogs). The owner/chef is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The whole team was very friendly and the service is a 10/10. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
