Santa Lucia - Villeneuve-Loubet

It was a crowded place, as it has a nice location in the Port Marina. We ordered a ‘crevete ’ as a starter and a couple of pizzas, which looked very nice. The ‘crevetes’ were salted ones, and the pizzas had a really untasty dough. It was one of the worst pizzas we have ever eaten.

We stayed just at Villa Azur, just 5 min walk from the marina, and this was the very first restaurant we had our dinner in. Really tasty Italian food! Pizzas were amazing, spaghetti bolognese delicious and caesar salad very flavoursome!! Fresh fish every day and very good selection of drinks and deserts. Considering where it is the prices are very good too. Also this is a very popular restaurant with the locals and expat residents. Would definitely come back to eat there next time in Marina Baie Des Anges.

I would definitely recommend this place. Delicious food, helpful staff, and reasonable prices. We particularly enjoyed the veal dishes, seafood pasta, and pasta carbonara.

Very nice pasta, excellent desert and good local wine ( House wine Spanish?) Would need to book later in the evening as appears one of the most popular Restaurants on the harbourside. Go on a Saturday and there is an evening Market and the tables extend into the road.
