Mcdonald's - Ville Platte

I work out here and order on the app. 90% of the time and it’s still wrong. I don’t have time to go back and have them fix my order. How hard is it to look at a screen and fix the correct thing? If you order food for the family, better sit there and check it all because I can promise you that it’s wrong. Not a hard job people.

Slow, slow! 90% of the time you have to pull over to the curbside pickup even with the most simple orders. Fast food, express drive thru? Not at the Ville Platte McDonalds.

Me and my husband went to McDonald's this morning and went in the drive thru the lady taking the order was very nice but the one at the window giving out your order was very rude did ask me what I ordered bc they always get I wrong and the breakfast burritos were not fresh at all they was hard as a brick so not happy with this place I want be going back here for that kind of service arw food.
