Bar des Platanes - Villars-sur-Var

Amazing traditional eating, generous amounts and great taste. we stumbled over this place and we were so happy with the service and eating. the courgette gratin and the house made ravioli were sublim. the daube (smoothly cooked bark in wine, like rinderbourgignon) was so...dender after the one-pot overnight. Although we rushed to a rafting trip, the waiter offered us free small cake, which was so much appreciated. excellent and highly recommended.

In the center of the village you will find this local restaurant. they serve only local traditional foods. expect nothing else. we had rabbits, too perfection and ravioli cooked. nice service but expect it to be slow when there are many guests. for. the rest is very simple, plate serviettes etc. but still worth it if they happen to be in the opposite.

This restaurant offers a limited number of local dishes, simple but excellent taste. we had rabit with ravioli nikoise and color nikoise. local wine from a winzer around the corner. only a very pleasant experience

La cuisine est familiale, de très bon gout et faite avec de bons produits. Les raviolis avec la daube sont excellents et la patronne met sur la table une assiette d'assortiments de desserts de la région à la fin du repas.Déjeuner sous la tonnelle l'été est un vrai plaisir.Prix correct.
