The best bagel place. The lady who works on the counter is always nice.
Worst expérience.Customer service is horrible, she spoke to me as if I were her dog because I didn 't understand what she was saying. Then I found a DISGUSTING clump of hair in my bagel.In front of all the other customers, she said it 's Normal. I pay $4 for a bagel to have a clump of hair in it. I do not recommend it.
When you order a sausage, egg and cheese bagel, they don’t give you any ordinary, cheap ground up sausage patty. It’s the real deal! Great bagels and reliable.
I’ve lived in NYC for 7 years and these are the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life!
