Service isn't good and the pizza is only a little better.

Cheap food. The dinning area needs to be cleaned and the drink section is most aways disgusting

Sidney, NY - Caesar's Pizza has permanently closed as of November 12, 2019. As Kmart prepares to close soon, everything in the store is on super sale from December 2, 2019, until everything is sold or removed. Fixtures and furniture are already listed for sale, and the electric sliding doors are broken.

The highlight of my visit was definitely the food. However, I did have to wait for a while for the two ladies to finish their side conversation before they came over to take my order. I also noticed that the menu hasn't been updated; it still lists the cinnamon crazy bites, even though they've been discontinued.

I've always tried to place my orders about 20-30 minutes in advance to avoid any waiting. However, during my last few visits, the phone kept ringing without anyone answering. I approached the counter to inform them about the issue, and they explained that they had forgotten to turn the phone back on after answering a previous call. On June 19, 2019, I attempted to call an hour ahead multiple times, and on July 1, 2019, I called 30 minutes in advance—both times around 6:30 PM. It seems they receive a lot of calls, which led them to put the phone on "do not disturb." Interestingly, after I brought this up to them, they turned the phone back on. Unfortunately, it didn't stop ringing the entire time I waited for my pizza, and just like that, they were busy again, generating business.
