Dunkin' - Village of Palmyra

Two cars ahead of us and this drive-thru took at least 20 minutes. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I was told half of the donuts I asked for were not available. My truck barely made the drive thru turn. The sausage wraps tasted like chemicals. All of my donut order was wrong.... I think it's the first negative review I've ever left, but it was such a poor experience, I even remembered to go out of my way the following day to submit it. I recently enjoyed a delicious breakfast takeout from this restaurant, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. For just $1 to $10 per person, the quality of the food was outstanding—definitely a perfect 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, with friendly staff who made the process smooth and enjoyable, earning another solid 5. The atmosphere, though I was only there briefly for takeout, also radiated positivity, giving it a perfect score in that category as well. I highly recommend trying their bagels—they're simply delightful!

The service here is excellent, but this morning I had my coffee and found it loaded with coffee grounds at the bottom—yuck! Price per person: $1–10. Service rating: 5/5.

It's unacceptable for staff to make such comments to customers. I would like to be present when corporate visits the Mt. Hope Dunkin' to discuss this issue. I brought the incident to the manager's attention, but she didn't take any action and simply walked away while I was trying to explain my concerns. If this situation isn't addressed, I may have to escalate my complaints further. It’s frustrating to be treated this way and to see employees chatting on their phones while they should be working. I'm really tired of the bullying behavior towards me and my friends. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, but sadly, the service and atmosphere were a 1.
