Los Abuelos - Village of Ossining

I ordered food as a delivery from Los Uelbos. I paid the restaurant by credit card for part of my order. When I explained the driver didn’t speak English and never delivered my food to me. The woman at the restaurant said call Uber. She didn’t offer an apology or partial refund. We have eaten there many times. Poor customer service we will not go back. I’d rate them zero if I could

Excellent food very traditional, very good margaritas and micheladas

I cannot recommend this place, i’s people, and its service. Sonny was incredibly kind and attentive. If you’re a lover of Mexican cuisine or a strong drink. This is the place for you!
