I’ve had the pleasure of watching my local Dunkin’ go from 50/50 service to almost 100% every time within a couple years. I visit this location every single morning, I’m always greeted with a kind smile but I’d really like to point out the two younger gentlemen that do drive thru and kitchen.. they are awesome. Remembering your regulars is a huge advantage for a business and they're employees I’d greatly appreciate if I were you. Keep up the awesome work.

I 'm only putting a review concerning my son trying to get a job there at the Lowville Dunkin. My son was called in for an interview, he showed up in nice clothes and on time. He had the interview just fine with one of the managers, he said this manager was very friendly and he thought he 'd get the job because the interview went really well. He was told to go back for a follow-up interview with the hiring manager, he went and the hiring manager never showed up, instead of calling him to reschedule she just wasn 't there. He eventually did the interview with her was told to go back to do paperwork. Again the manager didn 't show didn 't call to reschedule. My son sat there waiting for her to show. He came home disappointed he has to sit there for an hour and the manager never bothered to call to reschedule or anything. He called the following morning to see if he could go in to do the paperwork she wasn 't there to talk to and told to try back the next day. My husband said my son is just basically being stood up by this manager. This is ridiculous that a hiring manager tends not to show up for interviews and she doesn 't let her fellow managers know about interviews she 's scheduled with potential employees... how is that being a very good hiring manager? How is my 18 year old son supposed to get experience at a place like this if the hiring manager won 't show or call him to reschedule if she 's sick, which seems to be a LOT. My son did get a free drink out of siting there for an hour...

When we got our drinks and food the store was a tad busy. Our server was very rude and disrespectful. She seemed stressed and was not being very friendly to the customers. As a fast food worker myself I felt very insulted by her lack of respect.
