Kick'n Chicken - Village of Farmingdale

So let me tell you about Kick 'n Chicken ..... I love a good Nashville Hot sandwich and this place does not joke around when it comes to their levels of heat. I ordered the Hot AF sandwich , and was definitely impressed by their take on hot AF . And although I love hot , I am glad I did not go for the top tier of hot. The chicken was good, although not quite as tender or as crispy as I was hoping for, but it did fill a void. They also offer tender as well as buffalo style and Korean style as well bNow I go to a place out east that I hold all other chicken ? sandwiches in comparison to. This is a level below that one, but worth a try if you 're in the mood for a good sandwich.

Picked up takeout. Chicken was overcooked and had a funny old oil taste. Mac and cheese was more like Mac and cheese soup with no flavor. Mashed potatoes were also bland and needed more then just the gravy to give them f labor. For 47.00 I expected something a little better.

I wish, I could give 4 star or more for this purchase however fries were rotten potatoes .I literally had to throw up. I spend my $65 for burgers and fries but wasn’t expecting rotten potatoes, I can still taste that rotten smell smh. Please next time, make sure not to fries rotten potatoes, customers have a very high expectation of this place since the prices are not very cheap.

Stay aware from this place at all costs. Number 1 staff is awful! 2 they don’t even know their operations. 3 food inconsistent.I tried to order food online at 6:30 pm while I waited for my daughters dance class to end. Their online ordering was down. Tried multiple times. I walk in their at 7:55, maybe 8pm. They said their kitchen was closed. The girl upfront was so rude when I told her the online ordering was down for over an hour. The food is ok, very inconsistent. Staff is horrible. As an owner of a restaurant, I do not like doing this. I don’t like crapping on other restaurants but this place gave me the worst experience and it’s not the first time. Restaurants are in the hospitality industry. You cater to your customers no matter what. That does not happen here. Avoid this place. Plenty of other places on the strip that will serve you and have better food.

We ordered thru GrubHub and got the 8 piece bucked family which came with 3 sides and a half gallon of iced tea. Chicken was good and hot and crunchy, but the sides were all cold and not tasty. It only took 1/2 hour from order to arrival so I assume the sides were sent cold. They also forgot our iced tea but Grub Hub refunded it, thankfully.
