Dunkin' - Village of Fairport

I visit this place every day to get my large blue raspberry colada, and I always have it with whipped cream. I have to admit, I'm addicted!

Food was good and made the right way. Service was fast and friendly. 4 stars only because this place is kind of discreetly located and hard to find from the road. It's located inside the gas station or go through the drive-thru but that's also kindof confusing because the drive-thru entrance and the car wash entrance are the same. It's at the very busy intersection ofroute 250 and route 31.

This location has gotten better in recent years. They finally take mobile orders and the staff is always friendly. I will keep returning to use my mobile coupons.

If you're ever in need of coffee or a snack, I highly recommend this Dunkin'! The staff is incredibly friendly and quirky, always serving customers with a smile. They work quickly and efficiently, making sure you get your order in no time. The coffee is delightful, and the food is excellent. Without a doubt, this Dunkin' is the best in the area. Definitely give it a try!

Some teens approached the owner about these issues, only to be reprimanded by a manager for doing so. They even reached out to managers from other locations for advice. If you're a teenager, I would not recommend working here. I left on good terms in June of last year and submitted a dated resignation letter, which I have a copy of. However, I found out that in October, they reported I had been fired for reasons that were completely untrue. It's disheartening because I truly loved this job, but the management ultimately let our team down.
