No air conditions , no soda fountain working, we ordered burgers they told us no bacon , should of left. Terrible conditions

The dining area and bathrooms needed a good cleaning, my feet were sticking to the floor yuck! I have to say though, the staff were very amicable and accommodating. The ribs, were some of the best I've ever had. Hopefully someone does a deep clean before we come back.

They always bring my order wrong. I’m unsure how someone can forget the cheese in a cheeseburger

Food was good. Thankfully my husband ordered a huge platter because my brisket was tough and couldn't eat it. The platter my husband got had: chicken wings, sausage, steak, ribs and roasted peppers and it was delicious! They did remove the brisket from our bill which was very much appreciated.The restaurant floors were trashed and the workers just stepped over and around it. Like, why not get a broom and clean it? There's a girl seating people just scrolling on her phone, why isn't she helping tidy up the restaurant? Let me also say, the ladies room was a disaster. No TP in 2 out of 3 stalls, pee all over the seat of the stall that DID have TP. C'mon, do better and you will have repeat customers because your wait staff was great!

Almost certain the burger they served me violates the Geneva conventions. Ordered a burger medium with cheddar, bacon and onion. This thing came out beyond well done. The thing is, I have a feeling it came out of the kitchen medium and was allowed to fester in a heated holding area by our server, Cass. I say this because a table adjacent to us with a different server, that was seated right after us, got apps and entrees 15 minutes before us. We waited 30 minutes for a burger and nachos. The bun was so unbelievably dry on top. The fries were also stale. The plate was clearly under a warmer for a while. I really gave it a good try, I smothered it in BBQ sauce. Thing was not edible in any way. I slid the remaining 2/3 of burger and about 85 percent of the stale fries to the end of the table and split the nachos with my wife. Server (Cass) never stopped to ask how the food was, just came over when we were done eating the nachos and asked if we wanted dessert. This place has gone way way down hill. The server had time to stand and chat with co-workers and then told another table the food was slow because they were short staffed. The other server did not seem to be having the same problem. Also, pro-tip, don 't call a woman who is older than you hun . It 's super condescending.Edit: Wife also let me know there was no toilet paper in the ladies room. Nice. I feel like such a Karen writing this but this experience was truly terrible.
