I placed an online order using our points for a frappe, but the app crashed, deducting our points without completing the order. We decided to walk in and get in line, where there were two other groups ahead of us. It took about 10 minutes just to reach the register, and we waited at least another 10 minutes for an employee to assist us. When she finally approached us, her attitude was slightly rude as she asked what we needed. We explained our situation, but she responded, "I don’t know how to handle that. Do you have a code?" When we mentioned that the app had crashed and we didn’t have a code, she informed us they didn't offer frappes. At that point, we decided to leave, and it turned out to be a wise choice since we would have had to wait at least another 20 minutes for our food. The atmosphere was loud and the place was quite dirty. I would definitely not return or recommend this restaurant.
I received my drinks and fries but was asked to park because my burger would take about a minute and a half. I waited there, watching six cars pass by, and wondered if any of them had ordered burgers. By the time I had sat there for about ten minutes, a total of 50 minutes had passed since placing my order. When my food finally arrived, both Big Macs were drenched in sauce, the nuggets were cold, and instead of the one honey mustard and one sweet and sour dipping sauces I asked for, I only received four sweet and sour packets. I ordered four apple pies but only got two. I've decided that I won’t be returning to this location; this seems to be a recurring issue for me. The last time I was here, they messed up my frappuccino. It’s disheartening to see the decline in service in our country, and I believe the manager could benefit from some customer service training. My advice: save your money and avoid this place. I would have been better off making my famous peanut butter and jelly sliders at home than dealing with the subpar service, messed-up order, and cold food after waiting 45-50 minutes. It's sad to think that some people can’t even run a burger joint properly. On the bright side, many corporations, including McDonald's, are closing stores this year, and I sincerely hope this one is among them because it's simply terrible.
The food was quite unusual and left me feeling perplexed. The service was similarly strange; a waitress named Ashley suddenly appeared to have one eye and took our food before we could even have a bite. The restroom was far from relaxing, and the atmosphere was downright unsettling. I was taken aback to find tentacles in the toilet, and the sink seemed to be filled with something unpleasant. I’m left wondering why I chose to come here in the first place.
Stopped here on our way home and the tables were absolutely filthy, dried ketchup on the tables, food thrown onto the walls, old food on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't expect much from McDonald's but this is an all time low.. Edit: My child's milk was expired, and the forgot multiple items from our order.
I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, and 6 sausage,egg and cheese mcgriddles,I got home,a 30 min trip and had no biscuits sandwiches,but a steak, egg and cheese bagel,and NO cheese on any of my mcgriddles,extremely pissed because the biscuit sandwiches were for a person who that's all he likes,so no breakfast for him,I spent $36 on breakfast.
