The Brewster Inn - Village of Cazenovia

I went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner. I made reservations ahead of time, which is highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to choose our own table.

My husband and I held our wedding at Brewster Inn on Sunday 17. September and the experience could not have been better. The entire staff was attentive to our request and went beyond and beyond to help us set up and take over our event. They were flexible and reliable. We chose the brunch at Brewster Inn and our choice would not have been better. My husband and I always loved the Brewster for the brunch and dinner service, but the brunch here is like nowhere else. Our family and friends from Georgia, Texas, NYC, Boston, Long Island, and locally to Central and Upstate NY gave this brunch a five star and still talk about how it is the most delicious brunch they've ever had. The criminal brûlée french toast, made to order eggs Benedict and chocolate martinis seemed to be some of the favorites. As our big exit we fly in a hot air balloon arranged by my mother and approved by Brewster Inn in advance. The owner of the Brewster Inn was not only willing to try something new at the venue and make our dream come true. Stunning view of the lake made for wonderful wedding photography. Because of our hearts, we are grateful for the Brewster Inn. Undoubtedly, the Brewster Inn will be our jubilee for many years.

We have our rehearsal dinner in Brewster last Friday... Amazing does not even begin to cover it! The staff made us feel like a royal personality. The food was great! Chef Franks knocked it out of the park!! Everyone made sure we have the best time. What a great way to the wedding weekend. These guys really lift the bar! We are so grateful that you have helped us so much to make so wonderful memories. You're the best.
