Fox's Pizza Den - Village of Alfred

Duke's Pizza is excellent, and the salads are very fresh. The staff is friendly, the delivery is quick, and the prices are reasonable.

Make sure to check food availability when you place your order, as you could end up waiting for hours! We waited nearly two hours for just 24 wings! This was our second disappointing experience at this restaurant. We had already concluded that the pizza wasn't good, so we thought we would give their wings a try...

It wasn't the best experience. Coming from Long Island and having had their pizza, I found Fox's to be just okay. It reminded me more of Pizza Hut or Domino's than authentic pizza. However, it's still decent.

The only reason they are getting two stars is some of the food is decent. This place is a joke. I have been in Alfred 1 month for work and been here maybe 6-8 times. Every. Single. Time. They screw up. Either my order is wrong, they forget about it (not kidding) and don't remember until 20 minutes later when I ask where it is... Or as they famously did one time, actually give my order to someone else. Their system behind the counter is very unorganized and while this would be the perfect place for students to work, there is not the supervision, structure or management to set them up to succeed. I will not go back there anymore nor recommend it. Little Sicily's down the street is just as good (has way better wings) and you don't have to put up with half of the bs. Would be a pretty good and convenient place if they just had their **** together. I've never experienced anything like this in my life.

The food was ready when we arrived, and it was excellent.
