La cocina de Zulma - Villa San Agustín

The restaurant serves eeally good Argentinian food. Dishes are traditional, but come with a relatively big amount of vegetables (compared with the Argentinian average). We liked it that much that we went back the day afterwards I loved the chicken.

Small restaurant with friendly staff and a good choice. Bruschetta was an interesting take on the dish, but hearty and tasty. Pasta mains were a little light on sauce, but freshly prepared and tasty. A bit strange that the restaurant door is locked from the...inside whilst guests are eating! Overall recommended; a decent place given there can't be much competition in the small town.

Though the staff tried hard, the Asado was terribly overcooked. The little meat was drier than a dead donkey! The Papa Fries were an interesting take on fries', but quite tasty. The recommended wine was lovely, and the salad interesting'

In ordered empanadas, parrillada for and salad. Food was plenty very tasty, they did not have sausages for parrillada but they told us and replace with good meat. Drinks served in big bottles, service clumsy but sweet. Seems like best in town.

I was in Valle Fértil two nights and both nights I had dinner at Zulma´s. Attention is very good and food is great. Chivo (goat) is the typical food of the area and at Zulma´s it is delicious.
