More Brewing - Villa Park

Service was meh, not very personal and seemed more interested in talking to the other staff than interacting with the customers. We sat at the bar expecting better service and engagement with the bartender, but did not have that experience. Food quality seems to have gone down over the years and the falafel wrap was so dry it was not edible even though it was recommended by the bartender. Ate 1/3 of the sandwich and left it. I've been to More a few times and it's been pretty decent most of them. They used to have a black bean burger and got rid of it (which is fine) but their current replacement is impossible burgers that they would like to charge an extra $3 (to replace the meat patty) on top of the already outrageous burger prices. Rare place where they have both amazing beer and food. With other breweries, it seems like its one or the other.

Awesome brewery! Don’t miss the truffle cheese curds — amazing. The Italian beef egg rolls were also excellent. We loved all the beers on tap as well as the guest beers. Happy with the variety of delicious sours and stouts. Looking forward to returning!

Great beer and food. There beer was won multiple awards. Large tap and to go beer selection. Will return here soon.
