Pizzeria Neapolis - Villa Costabile

I was wondering why, despite the quality of the pizza, the reviews of this place were so low, and now I have the answer: the service is terrible. After ordering a pizza with rolled dough delivered to my home for an extra €2, I received one with standard dough and a Coca Cola as compensation for the extra money I had spent. Aside from the fact that I don 't drink Coca Cola, it would have been enough to call and point out the problem, rather than having the delivery guy communicate it directly and having me find a pizza that wasn 't the one I ordered.

They are very slow, it is no longer Michele's pizzeria, it used to be better, more variety, better prices and much faster speed.

I'm very sorry but it disappointed my expectations, I won't try it again. Disappointing

I never leave negative reviews..but I hope this is useful to someone..when you order, expect at least 45-60 minutes of delay.. Very good quality of food but terrible service and customer support...pizza ordered via Just Eat for 8.30pm (ordered at around 7.30pm) Arrival time 10.40pm... It's no coincidence because every time I order there is a minimum of 1 hour of waiting.. I kept ordering here because I liked the pizza.. Diavola pulled with flaked parmesan...I attach photos. I'm sorry but you lost a customer..
