Contribuiți la feedbackI see other reviews of this restaurant are all in Portuguese, and maybe that will give you a clue. This place has a small frontage, of a bar, onto the N125 main road, and probably most tourists hurry on past, leaving the just the locals and Portuguese visitors to enjoy this bustling, unpretentious eatery. The bar expands back into the restaurant, and that too is in two sections. The furthest was either a garage or large workshop at some time, now transformed with various sizes of tables. We have eaten there twice now. First time 2 years ago (2014) in October, lunchtime, not so busy. 2nd time, September 2016, Sunday lunchtime, they came from beach or town, every seat taken. The food is honest Portuguese, good-sized helpings, local fish, meats, chicken etc. A steady stream of take-outs.Not much English is spoken, but there is a menu in English to save the day. The fine desserts, cakes, mousses etc are on display in cold glass-fronted cabinets. A thoroughly enjoyable meal at enjoyable prices. the Real Deal. So, not refined, elegant, quiet or expensive, but a real deal
Good and familiar Restaurant with nice food, nice and friendly service and all this for a very reasonable price. Easy parking. Recommend.
Good restaurant with lots of typical portuguese food. Fresh fish is one of the most traditional. Our experience was not perfect, because they bring the food one by one, when I finish my 2 kids don’t have yet the food Very slow and no explanation from the staff. But regarding the food was ok and tasty. Price normal , 2 adults and 2 kids, wine but not desert, around €50. My experience was not perfect but i would recommend
Très bonne cuisine traditionnelle portugaise Plat copieux Dorade grillé exceptionnelle Service en terrasse Ambiance simple et familiale A visiter pour le plaisir des papilles
Our group like the Lingueirão rice and stew that has been served today in this regional restaurant. Very good atmosphere.
