Very nice restaurant with a taste of genuine Brazilian food. The staff was very friendly and most spoken English. Eating is delicious but fill, so go with an appetite! Certain meals are intended for one person, but can definitely feed two people. Very recommended!

We had a great dinner here. Food, drinks and service is amazing. We had the fried rice balls, the Picadinho and the Dorada to share between 4 people. Very recommend all! It was packed, but everything came very fast thanks to Rafael and the rest of the staff! The terrace is filled with hanging pot plants that give a cozy feeling. It is worth it anyway, even if you need to wait to grab a table!

Breaked for lunch, had the crushed rib sandwich and chocolate cake. So good, it was amazing, tender beyond faith. I don't speak the language, Junior was or server and Rebecca spoke perfectly English. No, no!

I’ve eaten many times in Rio. This is an absolute gem in Copacabana. The food at Joaquina is delicious and not expensive, delivered quickly on a busy night, and the servers maravilhoso!
