Artigiano Ristorante

We had a reservation for 4 and they refused to sit us. The men at the entrance didn’t speak any other language than Portuguese and was really rude. Really bad experience!!

The chef waiter with the black suit and grey hair assumes everyone knows that the restaurant only accepts tips in cash. It was written nowhere and nobody told us. When we told him that we didn’t have cash on hand, he looked degrading at us, like it’s our fault. Pure entitledness that needs to be punished. The food was great though.

The 15 real hotdog at the street was more satisfying than the pizza over here. The pasta of my gf had no taste aswell and the steward had to spice it Afterwards. Defenitely Michelin should inspect the place after the pandemic time. Fazit (IMHO): j Just an expensive wannabe Italian restaurant which offers overpriced standard food. (with smaller plates)

Terrible service! Waiters are Very unpolite. Restaurant doesn't accept credit card nor PIX and there isn't a sign informing clients about It. Last, but not least, waiter of my table, after a terrible service, tried to make me pay 10% tip, which is not mandatory by Brazilian law and, às absurd as It Will sound, It was written on the check that the Restaurant doesn't charge the 10% Fee.

The waiter pointed to us at the menu saying we could pay card but the tip we had to pay cash. Very distasteful to talk about tip when you haven’t provided good service let alone expect it before providing good service.
