Uma Casa De Campo - Vila do Conde

Bom ambiente muita simpatia e profissionalismo das funcionárias. Pedi cozido. A travessa chegou a mesa a fumegar só foi pena que nem tudo estava quente como parecia. Legumes e algumas carnes muito quentes como deve ser, algumas carnes menos quentes e outras quase frias. A sopa sim boa e quente. As moelas também estavam quentes e boas.

We went there for a group lunch that went on till 4PM . So the waiters had to put up with us for rather long. Sorry. We had a pre-defined menu for the group, so our options were limited. The food was good and tasty and the portions were quite big. We certainly did not starve. For desert, I had Bolo de Bolacha which I can, with confidence, say it was the best one I ever tasted. What I did not like as much was the space which did not have AC and was very discomfortable during a hot day. Also, the service was not very professional as in taking some time to serve e.g. water, taking quite some time to clean the table or being unable to take everyone's order correctly (the group was quite big though, 20+

I visited many countries so far, but this small village has the best restaurant in the world! The food is so tasty! I stayed 2 weeks in Vila do Conde but me and my wife came here almost daily to eat. And the serving is exceptional! Very friendly staff. Hats off to the chef!

Perfect place for a quiet and family dinner. Totally recommended. Very cozy and lovely decoration...
