Casa Vella - Vigo

Hard do get better then this. Super fresh, delicious and properly prepared seafood plate with several delicious species. Super friendly staff, allways taking care of us at all times. The price is fair, you should give it a tey if you come to Vigo. Its at the old city center, 1 street away from the marina. Tottaly worth the try, you'll love it as much as I did.

Super friendly place and great food! The fish was very fresh and greatly presented. For being Tuesday it was quite busy. There is also a convenient underground parking right down the hill.

Casa Vella is a restaurant located in Rua Pescadería, in the old town of Vigo, the biggest city in Galicia Region, in the North of Spain. We came here with friends to share some local seafood tapas, and it was wonderful! We tasted steamed molluscs, molluscs in vinaigrette, cockles, zamburiñas (a local scallops), pimientos del padrón (local little peppers), octopus and seafood rice. All were excellent, specially zamburiñas and rice! Also we shared a local white wine called Pico das Penas. And at the end, we ate a degustation of desserts. All was amazing! De lo mejor en cuanto a marisco. Las mejores zamburiñas que nos hemos comido. Además de una atención exquisita. Muy recomendable!
