Doppiozero La Pizza Come Una Volta

Ordered pizzas at 7.30 p.m., scheduled delivery time at 8.40 p.m. and then moved to 9.05 p.m. By application of the delivery at 20.50 the order was in premixed delivery that I live 1km away) at 21.05 contact the restaurant that informs me that the rider will leave within 5 min to carry out the delivery, pizzas arrived at 21.20 a cold and with the ingredients tipped. I'm proposing to do it again, which I'm afraid to find myself having dinner in late hours. I note the delay and I am told that if I know a pizzeria that on Saturday makes deliveries on time to report it so we go to work, to which I would inform that I would report the behavior to the service provider and I feel to respond in a bad way : what are you the president of the board that signals?! It is not the first time I order in this pizzeria and their characteristic is that they are always late, but a delivery to the expected time. Working in contact with the public I'm used to dealing with clients with respect and maybe that's what I expect from a commercial place, it would have been enough to admit the faults and apologize for the incident with education. Surely I won't order anything from these gentlemen anymore. _

Order scheduled for 19:50-20:10 and postponed for 20:45. The rider arrived at 21:20 forgetting the two drinks, we demanded the rest and finally a pizza was also wrong. I won't order from here anymore. I haven't received any excuses. NOT COUNCIL. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30

Unfortunately a bad experience I ordered two pizzas, (one with full dough paid 1€ extra but I think it has escaped the pizzaiolo) accepted order, scheduled delivery time 19:50. At 19:48 they called me saying that they were beginning to make pizzas but they realized that the delivery address was not in Vignate but in cassina de pecchi (5/7 min drive) so they apologize for “inhippo” so defined, they could hand me pizzas with 40 min delay, they wanted to warn me, because the delivery guy with the car was making deliveries on Vignate so it would not be possible. It adds in addition that if you realized that the order was on cassina de pecchi would not even accept it. How? Then better not be just included among the pizzerias available within a radius of 1/2 km?!!! In conclusion the pizza has arrived late almost an hour cold even too good. I hope my case is an exception, but surely I will not reorder, not so much for pizza but especially for treatment. A disservice, unmotivated among other things, I understand an unexpected, I understand 10/15 minutes of tolerance especially on weekends, but so too. I mean, if you don't have enough guys delivering the pizzas, hire them! It's not my problem.

I pray that the pizza was good, but it is right to inform you that unfortunately there is little organization inside the pizzeria and now I will explain why! Practically I read some reviews and the Most complained about the fact that pizzas always arrived late, then I called in the pizzeria to prevent it happening to me, we found the solution that as we are on the weekend there are so many orders and therefore I had to order pizza in the 2 rounds (or at 7/15 or 8/15) then I opted for the first round. Obviously the pizza arrived with 20 minutes late and more a pizza was wrong but fortunately they sent the boy in a short time. In all this I want to say ATTENTION to respect the delivery times and the COMANDE !!!
