Pizzeria Candis - Vienna

The owner is here forever, a Turk who smiles after a few visits. A family-run place for the locals. Many old locals come. Beautiful fish on Friday. I like the pizza box very much. Riva, not far, is more expensive, younger, and more Chichi. Good crust also, but a very different range of pizza. And almost pizze.

Chicken salad was big. We're going back. We stopped for lunch, and where satisfied with everything.

My mother and I wandered around the Servitengasse, looked at the menus of different restaurants when we passed this place. The outside of the restaurant was inconvenient, but the menu looked promising, so we went in. The smell was the first thing we noticed. It smells so authenticity Italian. The waiter was a nice man sitting on a reserved table on the back of the place. We ordered a large insalata that came with pitchers of red vinegar and olive oil. He also brought warm bread to the table. Salad greens were simple and fresh. It was a beautiful salad. Mama got a delicious Margherita pizza and I ordered spaghetti with different seafood. Everything was perfectly cooked. We plan another trip later in the week. So glad we stumbled in this place!!!

Always and forever the best pizza and carving in Vienna. They face a kind of family hospitality and also feel every single fork in this warm restaurant. Thank you to Ramizotti.

We had occasion to eat there launch, ordered 3 pizzas for 2 adults 2 children (13,17) drinks, beer. All of us were happy, good food, italian atmosphere. We paid 30€. I think it is OK.
