OSTERIA MANGIA & RIDI - Vienna

Excellent ravioli, seafood pasta, pasta with sausage, tiramisu and primitivo wine! The restaurant is small but worth the trip.

We dined here for lunch with family before attending Time Travel down the road. Friendly prompt service, food generally good but my porcini mushroom risotto was too salty and inedible, other dishes ordered were fine

This was so amazing that I ate there twice in my 6 nights in Vienna. The service was spectacular and the food amazing. As a pasta, I had the ravioli with truffles twice. It was enough to share or ask for the small plate. The fishes were also amazing. Great Italian wine selection. Sad to leave. I would totally go there again.

I had several very good meals at this charming Osteria. Lovely terrace on a pedestrian street in old Vienna. The vitello tonnato is excellent so are the pastas main courses. Reasonable prices. The service is very good and the owner/manager tries his best to accommodate clients, even extending the outdoor terrace space. A good go to restaurant.

So disappointing and right from the start. We should have left immediately after our arrival. Already there we felt unwanted. And our reservation was forgotten. Everything took very long time and we waited for our main dish for 1,5 hour. Our waitress didn't care or apologise for the incredibly long waiting times. We felt their cold impersonal attitude. I must say that our food was very good however it couldn't repair the negative stain.
