For a long time I wanted to visit the local “Haideröslein”. embedded in the small simmeringer haide is located locally. I parked the car in the lindenbauergasse and via the Wilhem-Trummer-Weg you arrive after approx. 200 meters walk to the local. for guests who are affected there is the possibility to drive after prior call in the local, which a hired person opens the barrier from away 2 to the local. nice service because this is still to be entered locally without any level differences or levels. in front of the local restaurant garden is certainly a nice and coveted platzerl to dine in the warm season. at the beginning of november, this is unfortunately only possible. in the local I was greeted by the waiter kindly and by the native, past card-playing garden owners to a table. because it was a bit early for lunch, there were no guests here. but this changed during my visit. I can only report positively to the ambiente. a lot of bright wood provides a friendly and bright atmosphere in the slender room, which is also the smoker area. positiw I found very good ventilation and the seat cushion on the chairs. the toilets are modern, perfectly maintained and clean. the spice card was handed over at the same time with the drink question. as a drink I ordered a small apple juice sprayed with soda water which was a common standard product. as suppe I chose a leberknödelsuppe. the grill plate with brater apples, crumble butter and salatbouquet as main dish. as dessert I had put the nougatknödel into the eye, but in my missing experience about the portion sizes not yet ordered. the suppe was served flott after not too long waiting time. since I was the first dining gast it probably took a bit until the suppe was hot. hot was also true when it was served. visually very bright with a quite small leberknödel, which was allowed to be homemade, and partly quite large cuts. this very hard. very good for it. also the bright suppe knew to convince. whether with powder refreshed? presumably, but it tasted me.After the promptly serve the empty soup bowl it did not take long until the grill plate was served. at the sight of this thema dessert had done. a lot of meat and apple garnished with a large salat decoration, grillspeck, two pfefferoni and crimson butter were on the full dish. top freshly cut twill in ring form the meats were the usual ones served on grill plates. qualitatiw very good. juicy, no fat, no flats and the like. very well seasoned. the apples fried. also very good. crispy outside and still soft inside. the speck crispy fried. the crimp butter unfortunately stone hard ad fresh from the ice but tastefully very good. also the salat of more than just decoration was perfectly tasted. all seen an excellent food.The service was very attentive and flotted. the empty table was not long on the table. the bill perfectly. to have the info with the barrier, for guests the problems too foot. I'll introduce a waiter. my conclusion – a nice local with very good and quantitatively impeccable main food. the chef should think about it. does not fit to the rest in terms of size and taste. In the warm season, a lot is certainly going on here. who is close to here and hungry is well-resolved. good, plentiful and not expensive.
